It is something what I got today and I have to say, I really like it. One chinese proverb, which I found very interesting and true...
"Go to the people
Live with them
Love them
Learn from them
Understand their problems
Start with what they have
Build on what they have
When the task is accomplished
With love, let them say
'We have done this ourselves'."

Ha Ha Ha!!! I am a Chinese, but after the translatiion, I am lost to find the original proverb.
But I like the the saying. It is great.
Hmmmm I got it from someone as a chinese proverb, and liked it that much that I had to put it here, well maybe you don't know it. There are so many chinese proverbs;)
